We’re all here because of the personal experiences of our founders Ali, Ollie, and Chris when they were on their placement year at university. To this day, they still sit beside us every day, reminding us why we are here and why what we do matters. Our mission is to inspire young people to take the first steps in their career, and it's at the centre of everything we do.
We're also a company that cares about the bigger picture. We are Net Zero, with plans to be carbon negative over the coming years. We have a group of internal Diversity and Inclusion Champions to drive forward our ambitions of making work experience accessible to all young people, and of making sure every RMP employee feels a sense of belonging.
