The Role 🛼
We are looking for someone to deliver standout copy across brand and client campaigns, helping shape creative concepts from idea to execution. Sitting within the Creative team, the role involves cross-team collaboration to ensure all copy adds value to campaigns, meets objectives and resonates with audiences.

Our audience is young people aged 13-24, comprised of mostly school leavers and university students. Our mission is to inspire those young people to take the first steps in their careers.
Core Responsibilities 🍏
Input into creative idea generation and producing multiple projects from concept through to delivery.
Write clear, concise and engaging copy for various media channels, such as websites, social media, emails, etc., including creative content for competitions and interactive campaigns.
Research the target audience, competitors, industry trends and best practices to create effective copy that meets the client’s goals and expectations.
Edit and proofread your own and others’ copy to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency of tone, style and voice.
Collaborate with other creative professionals, such as designers, engineers, marketers and sales teams, to deliver integrated and cohesive campaigns.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising deadlines and deliverables.
Run creative sessions and generate proposals with the Commercial (sales) team.
Liaise with clients to develop a strong understanding of their requirements and objectives.
Stay one step ahead of competitors by researching current media trends.
Execute tasks with the flair and professionalism needed to push RMP and its clients in the right direction.
Stay abreast of emerging trends in content and marketing, constantly adapting and innovating writing styles and strategies to ensure campaigns are fresh, relevant, and on the cutting edge of industry standards.
Ensure that copy enhances the overall user experience and aligns with the design and functionality of digital products.
Ensure that all campaign copy adheres to client brand guidelines.
You are right for this role if you have... ✅
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role, proficient in crafting creative content for brand campaigns and social media platforms.
Expert understanding of the English language, both spoken and written, using it to confidently communicate ideas.
Proficiency in AI programs like ChatGPT and other AI tools.
The proven ability to contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
The ability to write both short and long-form content.
An understanding of content marketing strategies, capable of spotting trends, and staying updated on digital media.
Experience in giving and receiving feedback on written work, resilience in idea selection, and comfortable in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
Willingness to learn, passionate about inspiring young individuals in their career journeys.
Technological adaptability, capable of spotting trends, and willing to think innovatively with meticulous attention to detail.
A professional approach to time management, meeting deadlines efficiently, and effectively managing costs.
Amazing (but not essential) if... 💭
You have experience/ an understanding of student marketing.
Hybrid working✨
We have a hybrid work set-up, whereby you'll be expected to work from our office in Brixton a minimum of 2 days per month, with more time encouraged. If you need more flexibility than this, please let us know.
Salary 💰
Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience.

Second stage - 1 hour video interview with task with Rob and Louise (Senior Copywriter)
Final stage - 30 minute interview in our office with review of task with Rob, Louise and Abbie (Commercial Director)
All candidates must have proof of right to work in the UK. We cannot provide visa sponsorship for this role.
