The Role 🛼
As our new Account Director, you’ll play a key role in leading and growing our client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns from start to finish. You’ll manage a small team of talented project professionals, overseeing both team performance and campaign delivery, while working closely with senior leadership to drive the commercial success of your accounts.

Core responsibilities: Leadership & Delivery
Lead and support a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Campaign Assistants, guiding them to success with regular feedback and coaching
Conduct performance reviews, upholding high standards of behaviour and ensuring your team thrives in a collaborative, growth-driven environment
Oversee the delivery of campaigns, ensuring best practices are adhered to and all budgets, timelines, and objectives are met
Work closely with our Head of Delivery and Client Partner to set and achieve campaign targets, ensuring client satisfaction that will drive renewals
Core responsibilities: Client Ownership
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their strategic partner across key campaigns
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and ensure it’s reflected in all campaign messaging and creative
Lead all major client meetings: from kick-offs to mid-campaign updates and end-of-campaign reviews
Handle challenging client conversations with confidence and provide strategic support to your team when needed
Track campaign success, report on results, and use insights to help your team continually improve and exceed client expectations
You're right for this role if you have...
A background in account management or project delivery within an agency or campaign-focused environment
Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects, ideally in a fast-paced or SME setting
A hands-on, growth mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Honed client relationship management skills and the ability to solve problems creatively
Commercially savviness—you know how to balance client satisfaction with business objectives
Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and the day-to-day aspects of campaign delivery
Hybrid working✨
We have a hybrid work set-up, whereby you'll be expected to work from our office in Brixton 1 day per week. If you need more flexibility than this, please let us know.
Salary 💰
Starting at up to £50,000 per annum plus bonuses.
